The previously posted Trading Signals for the Forex Majors have been cut in half, leaving the door open to a continuation.
* This article is to be treated as a continuation.
Some of the trends explained previously, have either started prematurely, or expanded in their complexity, thus delaying the expected swings.
All this results into a higher probability for this current view.
Dollar Index (DXY) Overview
DXY – 2H Chart (picture)
DXY indeed delivered the leg on the down-side, as expected, but has done that a bit earlier than planned.
With Minute B (blue) now complete, along with the Ending Diagonal, I am under the impression that an impulsive bullish swing has started.
Minute C (blue) would be seen as a Motive Structure, with the following characteristics to be shown:
Fibonacci Extensions: 100% or even 161.8% of Minutes A & B (blue)
Fibonacci Retracements: 78.6% or 88.6% of Minor A (red)
D leg in the Bearish Harmonic pattern
Minute C (blue) already started the bullish sequence, to be treated as the first leg within its 5-waves Impulse.
A retracement of 50-61.8% could provide support for a rally in DXY.
